Our Team

Carolina Zeeb
Carolina is a driven entrepreneur and successful real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in transforming properties and building profitable ventures. With a passion for real estate and a keen eye for market trends, she has established herself as a key player in the industry, focusing on residential properties and self-storage facilities.
Carolina has been featured in several publications such as the Washington Examiner and the National Real Estate Investors Association's Magazine. She was profiled in the book "Five Fearless Women in Real Estate".
She received the Colombian Presidential Award "100 Colombians". The award is given to one hundred Colombian individuals every year who have become successful abroad, are leaders in their industry, and have changed the face of Colombia outside of the country.
Carolina was born in Bogotá, Colombia and she moved to the US in 2001 after receiving a B.A. in Business from the University of La Sabana. She also holds an Executive MBA from the Westfield Business School.
Carolina is owner of Palma Self-Storage, the Vice President of the Traction Real Estate Investors Association and founder of Traction REIA's Women Investor Network, a group created to provide women investors with current information, tools, resources and encouragement that will help them build a solid foundation in real estate investing.
Carolina and her husband Tom enjoy traveling around the world with her 2 sons Tommy and Dominic.

Tommy Zeeb
Tommy is a driven young entrepreneur with a passion for real estate. Growing up in a family of successful real estate investors, Tommy was introduced to the world of wholesaling and renovating properties at an early age. Watching his parents navigate the complexities of the real estate market ignited a spark in him to pursue his own ventures.
Tommy has learned the ins and outs of the business, from finding good deals to negotiating contracts. He has already built a reputation as a young visionary in the real estate scene, working alongside his parents on several projects while also exploring new avenues such as self-storage investing.
Tommy enjoys networking with other entrepreneurs and learning about the latest trends in real estate. He particularly loves using technology in the real estate industry. He loves traveling and follows soccer and Formula 1 racing.
